According to reports, the comprehensive combat readiness inspection of the armed forces of Belarus will be conducted under the command of Wolfowitz, chief of the general staff of the armed forces and first deputy minister of defense of the country. Its purpose is to inspect and improve the combat and mobilization preparation level of the armed forces and their ability to perform their respective tasks under modern conditions. At present, some troops have received the task of entering the highest combat readiness. The Ministry of National Defense said that the comprehensive combat readiness inspection will be carried out in various training grounds and other areas in Belarus, and the troops will complete their tasks under different conditions, including swimming in water barriers and conducting combat training day and night in forest areas or settlements. At the end of the comprehensive combat readiness inspection, live firing exercises will also be conducted. The Ministry of defense did not disclose how long the comprehensive combat readiness inspection will last.
