Ma Senshu, male, Han nationality, was born in October 1965 in Rushan, Shandong Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 1993 and started work in July 1987 with a master’s degree in law.
He has successively served as a cadre, secretary, director and deputy director of the Department of politics, law, education, science, health and law, the Department of politics, law, personnel and law, the research department of the office, the Secretary administration department, and the Department of industry, communications, commerce and law of the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council. He has been deputy director (in charge of work) and director of the information center of the Legal Affairs Office of the State Council since July 2013, and director of the regulatory office of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and State Supervision Commission) since May 2015. In November 2018, he served as deputy ministerial inspector of the central inspection group; in March 2020, he served as member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangxi provincial Party committee, Secretary of the Jiangxi Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, and acting director of the Jiangxi Provincial Supervisory Committee; in January 2021, he was elected director of the Jiangxi Provincial supervisory committee.
