Many patients because of “intubation” affect personal image, no longer participate in social activities, psychological mood is deeply affected.
Professor Dou Zulin believes that for patients who still have a certain residual swallowing ability, thickeners such as Shun Ning Bao TM can be added to water, drinks and food under the guidance of doctors and professionals, which can change the physical properties of diet viscosity and rheology, so as to achieve safe swallowing and reduce the incidence of airway aspiration. So as to avoid the risk of severe infection and suffocation.
