Stewed chicken with pork tripe
Materials: half old hen (about 350g), 100g pork tripe, 100g yam (fresh), 1 / 3 tangerine peel, 2-3 slices ginger, and proper amount of refined salt.
Efficacy: Invigorating Spleen and kidney, relieving cough and resolving phlegm
Preparation method: first wash the pork tripe and put it into the bowl, then rub it with salt or white vinegar twice, then add starch to scrub it, and finally wash it with water to remove the peculiar smell.
